This page (together with the documents referred to on it) represents the Terms and Conditions of Use (‘Terms of Use’) on which you may make use of our website www.unsecuredloans.money, (the ‘Site’) which is owned, operated, licensed, and controlled by Unsecured Loans For You Ltd, www.unsecuredloans.money is a trading style of Unsecured Loans For You Ltd registered in England and Wales under company number 07769033 (referred to herein as the ‘Company’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ and ‘Our’). The term ‘You’ refers to the users and viewers of our site.

We are not a lending company, we act as an online non fee charging loan broker. Our service is completely free and at no point during the application process will anyone representing our company contact you to request any kind of 'up-front' payment be made.

The Company may receive a commission payment from our panel of lenders following a successful loan application.

If you find yourself contacted by any company claiming to act on behalf of The Company, who request a payment via methods such as Western Union Money Transfer, UKash vouchers, or similar, please DO NOT proceed with the transaction and report this matter to us as soon as possible using the contact form.

Additionally, if you are sent a 'Loan agreement' document via email, seemingly from The Company, again asking for payment, please DO NOT proceed, we do not provide your agreement once you have been approved for a loan with one of our lenders.

    1. The following terms ('these terms') provide further information regarding use of our website and the services which we provide.
    2. The website use of www.unsecuredloans.money (herein referred to as 'our site') includes both registered and non-registered users for the purposes of browsing, accessing, and registering to use our site. These terms, and any additional documentation referred to in it, confirm the terms on which you make use of our site. Please ensure that you read the terms carefully before you use our site, as these will apply directly to your use of our site, and by using our site you confirm that you accept these terms and you agree to comply with them.

    9. These terms and conditions explain the services of The Company to you as our customer and the obligations by you to us. These take precedence over any other communication between you and us. We do not accept responsibility in the event that you fail to read them.
    10. We offer a varied amount of services introduced or delivered by post, telephone, email, and SMS, amongst others. These include us acting as a loan broker and associated third party companies offering loans. We are not responsible for any advice you receive regarding any services not directly offered by us. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you authorise us and all associated third party companies to act on your behalf.
    11. On submission of an application on our website you agree that you require our services, you agree to abide by the terms set out herein. With our consent you may withdraw or vary your instructions. We accept no liability to any third party.
  3. Whilst acting as your loan broker, we source a lender or service to offer you a loan or finance. We do not offer loans or finance directly. The lenders or finance providers on our panel ultimately decide whether or not to approve any loan or finance application, the amount they are willing to lend or finance, at what rate of interest and all relevant terms of repayment. Whenever we give typical examples they are for illustration purposes only.

    1. Unless we are made aware prior to communication by you, you agree to us using telephone, email, sms and/or post amongst others to contact you.
    2. In order to assist fraud prevention and data protection, you agree to us and our associates, credit reference agencies and any third parties processing your personal data. You hereby agree to us utilising said information to advise you of various other services or products unless you notify us differently. The information provided by you must be true and as accurate as possible. You undertake to comply with legal and regulatory disclosure requirements in order for us to comply with our obligations to you. False or incorrect information provided and/or if we suspect fraudulent activity, we may report to the relevant agencies which may have a detrimental impact on your credit file. In the event that you knowingly provide us with false, fraudulent, inaccurate or misleading information, we reserve the right to reclaim any losses incurred by us in performing our service to you.
    3. Following the submission of your application form, you agree that the information you provide may be referred to one or more lenders, they may search, link and record information relating to you with credit reference and fraud agencies, this information will be visible to other lenders or insurers who may subsequently search your credit file. Our third party lenders will use the information you provide in order to assess whether they are able to offer you credit.
    4. By submitting your application you agree that The Company and all of our third party business partners may contact you by post, telephone, email and SMS to offer relevant products and service which may be of interest to you.

    6. Depending upon the information you provide, your application may be assessed by lenders based outside of the European Economic Arena, these companies also trade within the UK and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
    1. We may revise these terms of use at any time as deemed necessary, and will amend this page accordingly. Please check this page from time to time as any changes made by us are binding on you.
    1. Our site will change from time to time, especially as new content is added. Please note that we are under no obligation to ensure that our sites content is accurate and up to date, and we cannot guarantee that our site, or any of the content on it will be free from any errors or omissions.
    2. Our site is made available free of charge.
    3. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our site, or any of the content on it, will always be available and uninterrupted. Use of, and access to, our site is only permitted on a temporary basis, and we are not liable to you if for any reason, our site is unavailable for any period of time. We may also withdraw, suspend, discontinue or change all, or any, part of our site without prior notice.
    4. You are responsible for ensuring that you make all the necessary arrangements required to access our site, and furthermore, that any persons accessing our site through your internet connection is aware of these terms, and that they must comply with them.
    5. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Once you have submitted an online application on our site, you will automatically receive via email and/or text message, your application reference which will enable you to access our Lender Portal. The reference should remain strictly confidential to you, and should not be disclosed to any third party.
    2. We have the right to suspend or remove any user access to the portal, if you have failed to comply with any of these terms of use. If you suspect that anyone other than you knows your application reference then you should immediately notify us at cs@unsecuredloans.money.
    3. By using your unique application reference along with the mobile telephone number/or email address used in your application you can access our portal in order to view details of our comprehensive panel of lenders. The panel of lenders comprises of lenders who can offer unsecured, secured, vehicle and guarantor loans. Our Customer Relationship Management System will ensure that you are matched to the lenders who best meet your individual needs.
    4. Once you have submitted an application for a loan, you agree that lenders may conduct a credit search on your behalf.
    5. We will not perform any credit search.
    6. You will continue to have access to our Lender Portal indefinitely unless you notify us at cs@unsecuredloans.money, stating that you no longer wish to use our service, alternatively you can 'Opt Out' at any time at http://ulfy.co.uk/unsub.
    1. Access to our site and services via our portal are free.
    2. We may be entitled to receive commissions at variable rates for any introductions that we make to a lender. You agree that we may retain this commission, which may be incorporated into your loan as a brokerage fee. Please refer carefully to your loan agreement for terms and charges specific to your individual circumstances.
    1. Our partners and associates including lenders and financiers may use Credit Reference Agencies to assess your credit worthiness, make decisions and verify your identity. Credit scoring or other automated systems may be used to search records with credit reference agencies, the electoral register, fraud and money laundering prevention agencies and employers. These agencies can add your details to their records for other organisations to then search. If you make a joint enquiry, both records are processed by the agencies and a link between both applicants can be created.
    2. When a credit reference agency receives a search request, they will place a 'search footprint' on your credit file that may be seen by other lenders. Records remain on file for 6 years after they are closed, whether settled by you or defaulted.

    4. We accept no responsibility for any additional credit searches you may incur as a result of passing your application to lenders, and the implications of these searches on your credit file, credit scoring and overall credit history.
    1. You have a right to cancel your access to the portal at any time. These terms do not affect any rights you may have Under Section 155 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or any other applicable legislation.
